I'm going to showcase the exact profile plus story funnel, then I'm going to showcase the numbers in which I break it down step-by-step so you can see each individual number, the way we track this, so we can see, okay, exactly how many followers come from the ads, the conversion rate on it, the ad spend, cost per follower, cost per call, we can showcase and see exactly what the bottlenecks are in the next action steps to take. Now, after that, we need to reiterate and we need to see, okay, cool, how can we break this down in ad creatives to create most profitability from this systems? I'm going to showcase top of the funnel, middle of the funnel, and bottom of the funnel ad sequences and creatives and I'm going to show you how to re-attract attention, extract, and create profit from it with story sequences, long-form assets, and short-form assets. Now, at the end of the steps, I'm going to show you exactly the 120-day game plan that you need to follow to make this work. Now, first of all, why does this work? Let me show you this exact video, this is instant social proof. You see, 7 months ago, I made a video how I got a 32,000 Instagram followers and more consulting clients fro- and more consulting clients from the profile funnel. Let me show you my Instagram right now. 91.3 thousand followers, that is an increase of 60,000 in the last 6 to 7 months. Qualified buyers that have interest and have the exact problem that I can solve. I made over $3.5 million online, and I have helped my exact clients, just like Josh Lyons, Elian, Warren, Ibrahim, right? Sol and Daniel do the exact same thing for them to scale from anywhere between zero up to 3, 4, $500,000 months. As an example, this is a sales offer, right? Elian only has 400 followers, but makes over $30,000 per month with this exact funnel and just started 5 weeks ago. I made a full story about him yesterday on my Instagram story. We have people crushing it in the Airbnb bizop, we have people crushing it as business consultants, and a lot of other clients that do the exact same. Now, let me show you this. We first need to generate top of the funnel traffic. It's very, very important to understand that I cannot help you convert if we don't have top of the funnel traffic. Carousel ad, I'm going to show you this all in depth later on in the video. Specifically focused on creating attention that creates quality. Now, in comparison to that, we have a static ad. And a static ad is obviously a one-pager. This creates very direct attention, perfect for B2C, very direct driven offers. Carousel ads are amazing for B2B, business type offers, because it creates more relatability. B2B focuses and always buys based on logic and value, in whereas B2C just buys based on emotion, right? They purely make a purchase based on emotion and how things feel, whereas business owners are, "You know what, Nik? I need logic. I need value. Does the math make sense? Here's my money." That's for the B2B people, right? They relate with me. You relate with me. Whenever you're in the B2B market right now, you know exactly what I'm talking about. And video, number one, why is this the most powerful funnel? Explain to you exactly why. Let me give you two comparisons. Let's say you're reading a book, or you're writing a text. You need to- your brain needs to activate itself to visualize an idea behind it. Why do people rather watch movies and have longer attention span for movies than reading books? Because the movie, the video, creates that visual for you. Your brain doesn't need to do anything. That's exactly the reason why video ads are important. We all send this traffic to a trust funnel, and our trust funnel is our own IG funnel. Why would we build a separate landing page and a direct funnel send traffic to that funnel where people don't know who we are if we can already turn our existing Instagram profile that you all have, whether you have 300 followers or 5,000 followers or 100,000 followers? It doesn't matter. You have the existing profile, and you showcase your values, your value, your expertise, credibility, and authority on that profile. Meaning, if we just run ads, we spend money in the top of the funnel, right? Spending 17 grand on ads this month, having made over 241,000 back in cash collected, with a profit margin of 80%. You don't even have to build another funnel on the side. Now, then we redirect, obviously, when people land on our profile, right? They see three things: long-form content, IG stories, and short-form content. So, they get on our profile, and they see all these sources. So, as an example, you can see, when we click on our reels, they see our reels. I make reels every single day. And they go super well because we have a strategy behind it. 116k, here you see, 82k, 333k, 88k. You can see, 975,000, the podcast that I hosted. Then, same with stories, I post stories to convert and nurture my audience every day. And why is this important? A story sequence adds 1% of the potential buying power every single day to the prospect's mind and audience, right? Meaning, if I showcase 100 stories, and people see 100 stories actively, every single day they get converted by 1 extra percent. You can see that here, preparing for Q1, showcasing that I made a 15k day, showcasing that made- that my client made a 19k paid in full, showcasing client results, in-person credibility, testimonials, team, traveling, hiring, everything, right? And we have a proper system for this, in which I will explain you later in today's video. Now, when that is happening, we can do two things. We can just sit there and wait before people roll into our DMs, or we can create conversion mechanisms. We can implement an appointment setter that does the conversion, we can implement retargeting ads just on a budget of only 30 bucks a day that create that conversion and reiteration constantly, which I will show you exactly on how to build that, because this is probably the most powerful process. The money that we spend, 5% on appointment setter, 50 bucks a day or 20 bucks a day even, right, on retargeting ads, and re-engaging campaigns, cash campaigns, and nurturing driven story sequence to create cash will make the most amount of money. That is our biggest return on our money spent in combination with the top of the funnel traffic that we redirect to our profile. Now, warm outbound, we get inbound, we get a conversation. The sales mechanism starts here. We have an appointment setter and closer in place. You don't even need this in the beginning. Elian doing $30,000 a month having 400 followers, he doesn't have a closer, he doesn't have a setter. Josh Lyons, one of our other clients in the sales market, has four setters and over three closors with this exact same funnel. You can see the way their profile operates, right? It's all the same structure. And the reason why it's very similar is because there's a proven formula that we have been using with all of our clients that works, okay? Sales call or DM close, we recently have been set- set- set so many different DM closes. You can see messages, we have messages all the time, and we get people on our calendar constantly because people are interested in buying our solution. Now, this are people with buying power, with interest, and they're educated around our solution because they have seen my business page, all the proof and credibility of the people that we have worked with, like Leon, right? They have seen our testimonials on our page. They have seen our profile dashboard to knowing exactly how we operate with this system. They know our cost per appointment, they know the data that we generate with this fucking funnel. They can see exactly the amount of money that we spend on story ads and the money that we spend on video ads, so they can create that trust that they need to convert. I'll tell you this, and in all honesty, you know what the real currency is that people are craving for in the market in 2025? Trust. Attention is easy to generate, but building trust with an audience that really, truly loves you and truly cares about you, truly wants to pay you, instead of creating fans, we don't need fans, we need buyers. With fans, you need hype. With buyers, you need trust. So, we need to focus on building trust and credibility in the market to create that scale. You see where I'm coming from? Very important. And then, obviously, a 90-day game plan, the whole structure. Now, when you have that in place, people close for a 3 to 15k offer. We attract sophisticated buyers, right? We have people in B2B and B2C markets that both have 3 to $5,000 offers and others have 20 to $40,000 offers upfront, okay? Goes on the sales cycle, we build the fulfillment, onboarding call happens, obviously, testimonial cadence, fulfillment structure, client results, it recurs in MRR, we like to cross-sell, I like to sell a solution that repeatedly give my customers more value. So, I like to create a solution instead of up-selling or re-selling, we like to cross-sell where we provide a solution specifically to the client's needs based on their current situation. That is custom, right? Now, let me break down the exact numbers for you of what we've been able to generate in the past 27 days of October. We have spent $17,000 on ads. We have gotten 32,000 profile visits, which is a cost per profile visit of 52. We have gotten 4,618 followers. 2,292 are qualified. Not everyone is qualified, obviously. That is impossible. It's impossible for me to only get qualified followers, but because our creatives are optimized for scale and are purely optimized for conversion, we are- our conversion rate on qualification is so significantly high. With most people, or direct offers, or stuff like that, you get unqualified people on the call, right? They don't show up. You have a show up rate right now of 60%. You have people then getting on calls needing a second call, not showing up on that second call, and saying, "You know what, John, I don't have capital." And then what? You wasted 2 hours on that sales call. We don't even hop on a call with someone unless this person is- has an high intent to purchase on the call, right? Now, 15,000 70, obviously, 1,576 qualified conversations, 134 appointments, 109 show ups, we collected over $241,000. I said 80, accurately, 79% profit margin and a ROAS of 14%. Now, I'm going to be very honest right here. I'm operating in one of the most saturated markets with a 14x ROAS on an insane amount of ad spend. Imagine you operate in an unsaturated market and you spend 3,000 a month. You'll spend 3,000 and you'll get a 30x ROAS. You make 100k back. Obviously, when you increase ad spend, you slowly decrease conversion. That's how it works. Now, let me tell you this. "You know what, Nik? Instead of just having all the numbers right now, cool, but what can I really do to track? There are so many people in the market right now that don't understand the process of properly tracking." Now, let me show you this, right? Total followers, 4,000 and s- four- 4618, right? 4,618. Now, then we see conversion rate. The conversion rate from visit to follower is 14.2%. And let me tell you this, we see exactly how much we spent, our cost per follower, our cost per appointment. We see the conversions, the appointments, and the cash collected. But now, you have data, which is amazing in the first place, because 99% of the market doesn't have this. You have what most people don't have, which gives you an advantage. Now, it's fun that we know our numbers, but it needs to showcase, and we want to know exactly what we need to do to improve this exact situation. So, what are the next steps here, okay? Instead of you reading this data and thinking, "Cool, okay, what could be the cause of why this is only uh 49.63% and how do I get it to 60%, right, to create the right conversion?" Why don't just look at the performance indicators, the insight, the data-driven solution that gives you recommendations based on how you should optimize and maximize your results and output, right? If you want to go from 8.5 to 15%, we need to take these action steps. It tells you exactly what gaps are, where you are on track, where you need to take certain actions, and what creates certain momentum, obviously, here, right, because it's orange. Now, cost per follower is on track, the profile conversion performance is doing well. What can you do to improve this even better? Action steps to the max to create potential scale. Now, this data is what is worth millions. This data is what creates scale to a certain point where you can say, "Nik, I'm so happy with this. I spent 15,000 on ads, I made 250k back." The only thing that separates you from the rest of the market is a proper foundation within a funnel that nobody utilizes right now yet. Maybe you do think so, but nobody utilizes this funnel yet. When we look on a brand scale, nobody can generate similar numbers to this. Nobody can generate these creatives because nobody knows a proper ad structure, a breakdown of it, the scripting, how to launch them, how to create them, right, which I will show you in today's video. Nobody knows how to run proper story sequences that don't only create fans, but actually make you money. And nobody has the game plan of what's required to create scale. Now, you're already watching this video for 10 minutes, so you know what the fun part is. If you wouldn't be interested in this, or you wouldn't see this as a value, you wouldn't even be watching right now. Think about that. Think about when people watching your own content, right? People are interested in what you create. And me saying this clarifies the fact of me knowing that what we're doing here works because otherwise you wouldn't be interested in it. The copy that I- the way I phrased this video, right? The way I structured this video is exactly what creates scale because I'm showcasing a system that has worked for our clients, showcasing a system with number breakdowns. I'm showcasing the process behind every single step of the funnel of how we have been able to generate $250,000 this month. And the best part about all of this is that you wouldn't even be here whenever you would think this doesn't work. Think about it right now. Why would you spend? Because your time is extremely valuable. Same as mine. Why would you spend 10 minutes of watching this video if you wouldn't be interested in this? Meaning, right now, instead of going from hook, I go to a body perspective in this video. I'm literally giving you the sauce behind how to create a fucking proper content asset. This content asset that I'm creating here ha- is going to have a massive retention rate, and I'll tell you why. Because now, I'm going to dive more deep into exactly the things that you want to see. You're watching what I present you here has certain interest. You crossed an interest level where I know it's worth for me explaining you everything in depth, so I know it creates potential conversion for B B. You know after this video exactly what to do, how to implement everything, and how to sort this out, right? And some of you, right now, around 30 to 40%, I know this based on my prior data from my prior content assets, already booking a call right now. So, if you want to book in a call right now, you can do that, but I'm not done yet. I'm not close to done yet because this is the most exciting stuff. Most people know, I'm always going in depth into shit because I like to showcase the reason of why I do things instead of explaining just the broad funnel. So, let me explain you this. Top of the funnel ads. We have our Instagram running, which is our profile. I've been getting 91,000 followers in the last year combined, right? Technically, said in the first year of business, I got like 5 to 7k. And the other 80k is ad in the last year, which is ridiculous. I have a clean bio, I have a perfect profile picture, I have story sequences that create massive conversion, and hold on here because I'm going to show you what I want to show you. I have sequences, I showcased results daily, 180k month for one of our clients, 31k week for one of our clients, Daniel, 50k in 4 months, 42k PIF. Like, I showcase the reason of why I generate these results. I flew out June, this was one of those pure and one of those most beautiful moments I've ever experienced in my life because I flew out June. June is my editor from the Philippines. I flew him out to Dubai to spend a week with me, and I could just gave him the time of his life, which was one of the most beautiful parts of my life. But, as you can see, you see that I've been so consistent with generating content. The thing that gives trust to people is not only posting, it's actions. You can see that I've been posting story sequences for the past fucking 2 years, every single day. I don't miss a single fucking week. 62 weeks ago, 82 weeks ago, 75 weeks ago, 82 weeks ago, 9 weeks ago, 91 week ago, 93 weeks ago, 95 weeks ago, 98 weeks ago, and the same counts for the YouTube videos. 2 weeks ago, 1 month ago, 1 month ago, 2 months ago, 3 months ago, 4 months ago, 5 months ago, 7 months ago, 9, 1 year, 1 year and a month, 2 years and a month, 1 year and 2 months, or whatever, you see where I'm coming from? That consistency is why people know that what I do works because I can say, "Yo, you know what? I had 90- I had uh 32 followers here, 32k, 7 months ago, and now I- you can literally watch that video and see it for yourself, right?" Now, getting back to the point, we create conversion, we have optimizations with carousels here in place, and obviously lifestyle videos. In the reels, we have a reel section with massive value, I showcase all my value. Now, you're asking yourself, "Cool, ad reiteration, how can we optimize to create a proper top of the funnel ad?" Now, an ad needs to exist of a couple things, right? What is a hook? A hook needs to create attention, that's the thing that a hook needs to do. Yes, obviously. But, the main thing that a hook needs to do is it needs to make people question themselves. You remember when I said in the beginning of this video with the hook, I said, "If you have one valuable case study, this video will change your life." Every single person with one valuable case study would ask themselves, "What is this guy going to show me in today's video where he can prove me that this one thing will change my life based on the current case study that I have?" And that is what is of a valuable hook. Make people question themselves. We create proper body structure in the hook to create profession within conversion, right? And then we have a proper CTA, right? "Learn more, visit your profile." Obviously, we have a couple different types. Very direct, direct to profile, then we have credibility-driven, Miro-driven, because that's obviously my style, and I have podcast-driven, which is technically um educational, this is value-based, this is transformational, and then obviously here we mainly talk about the concept of scale when it comes down to conversion, so people click on our profile. Now, then we have messenger ads, they're more direct. "Send me a message, send me a message, 20k PIF, 3k PIF," right? Send me a message, send me a message. The same rhythm occurs constantly. So, we make an ad for people to allow us to send us a direct message, right? And we spend, I think, last month in September, we spent 7 grand on messenger ads, we made a return of $55,000. I wasn't happy with that, I turned it off, because our profile ads are giving us a big return. But still, if you can spend 7 grand and you can make 50k back, you can spend 14 and make 100k back. It is ridiculous, right, when it's optimized well. We have a carousel ad, a proper carousel ad, in which we structure these as well. Now, middle of the funnel. Visit your profile. We have story and credibility-driven ads. So, what we're doing here is we're building a top of the funnel source, right? We lead this to one specific IG profile and then we have retargeting ads running to constantly re-engage these people to get them warmed up either into a convo, either into a DM close, either into a long-form value asset. Boom, and then what they all do is they get to a fucking call or they get to the DM or they get to close instantly. You see where I'm coming from? That's the whole point about this sequence that we're building. This is good because it- the direct VSL, if you turn off ads, you don't make money next day. We're building immense value. I have done, and this is a great example of why this funnel is great. If you're doing bigger numbers, you understand this. I've done a closer application, right? I'll show you now. I've done a closer application like around a week ago. Let me show you what I did. The reason why this is important for me to show you is just based on the fact that I got 130 applications, right? Here. Then here, I obviously showcase Daniel PIF, right? Here you can see, where is it, my closer application. The reason I'm doing this, hiring a closer, the reason I'm doing this is because this got me 130 applications. What is a better hiring pipeline than building your own brand, making money from your brand, creating trust and credibility around that brand, being able to network with anyone you want because you have the most valuable brand, and being able to extract any type of- type of A player in the world. I have the best people applying because I'm the best at what I do. There is nobody that spent more, I spent $7 million on the profile funnel between me and my clients. Nobody's ever spent more on the profile funnel because I amended it around 1 and a half year to 1 year and 7 months ago, exactly, to be exact. Now, when we have that done, right? Messenger ads are creating skill on that level, we have story ads to create the retention, book to call. Now, what we're doing, instead, let's say, right, people don't go to DM. Cool. What if- what if people go to the DM? Or what if people hop on a sales call, but they don't close, right? Or DM and don't book, or view a video and don't re-engage? Now, we can do one thing. We can have a trash can and put all these people in the trash. That is a- that is a solution that we have here. The other solution is, what if we create reactivation campaigns, one email sequence to constantly send them emails, an automated follow-up sequence? And the most important thing, what if we run retargeting ads to a custom audience to create scale in an external level, to get all that attention that is warmed up over the years, right? Over these months, over these weeks, to get them to be sent to a very simple asset conversion page with one single button, book, where they book. We're booking two calls a day from this on autopilot right now. After this video, we'll be able to book at least five calls a day from this, automatically, with only 30 bucks a day spend because it's retargeting, right? Obviously, top of the funnel, like we're currently ourselves spending around 500 a day, it's ridiculous. That's why we're getting fucking 300 plus followers a day, okay? Now, that is the most important p- thing to understand. You can never lose out on attention because what we're building here, we're building a web. Nobody can escape this fucking web because everything is interconnected with each other. You see where I'm coming from? That's the beauty about building this funnel. Now, then we have this funnel built, which we help you do, IG story sequences, you create proper story sequences for conversion. When you read this, Daniel PIF'd, scaled from 10k to 150k per month. We have a system that creates these story sequences, creates the copy, creates the design, everything, so instead of me being a business owner, right? Because the value of a business owner, our value is dictated by the amount of leverage we create, not by the amount of fucking hours we work. Otherwise, you're a freelancer, okay? Now, this funnel made my clients $42 million combined in 2 and a half months, this is what I posted a couple months ago. You see, one simple IG story funnel that prints, we see the exact numbers of how much I spent, I showcase every single action step in here, I showcase my before and after profile, right? Now, then I had 82, now already have 91 k followers with this exact profile funnel. Before, I had 17k. This was around a year ago. Now, on my mastermind, I spoke in front of 100 people. When people see this, they just want to know more about what I do. So, what if I tell you that with this long-form assets, with the short- short um short-form conversion, and also the middle of the funnel conversion, we have different type of videos that utilize on our profile. So, you have seen my YouTube videos, you probably have seen my YouTube videos, and let me tell you why they're powerful. Some are created for top of the funnel awareness that had a decent amount of views for top of the funnel, right? You can see that here, 12, this one is 20. Now, you can see vlogs, full courses, breakdowns, everybody, by the way, should cre- create a full course videos or a video hierarchy like it's actually called like a- a story video. What this means, is you make a video about your story. They always go super well, same as the full course goes, right? Very important to understand. We have middle of the funnel nurturing, so I sit down physically with one of my clients in person and I provide them an insane amount of value, this instantly creates relatability and trust, right? Now, let me also, by the way, instead of you creating a lot of content, right? Y- I- I'll tell you- I'll give you the secret right now. This secret will allow you to create content without ever having to procrastinate about thinking about ideas, okay? Instead of you sitting down, scripting something out, and then working on something, while you work on this stuff, what you're going to do is you're going to set up the- the setup, the mic, you're procrastinating of how the opener should look like, you're procrastinating about if the video is good enough, you got to edit. You're busy with one fucking reel for a whole day. That's not scalable. Instead, I sit down with a client in person, and the point is, you force yourself to do it right from the start, because when you're in an environment with other people, you'll never want to feel like you're losing. When you're in environment and you're in your own home with nobody else around you, you don't care if you need to retry a thousand times, you know? "All right, in today's vid- All right, in today's video- All right, in today's vid-" You don't care, but when there are other people around, you're way more flexible around that because your brain unconsciously reiterates and thinks about the fact of what other people think about you. That's how our brain works, that's how everybody operates, we can lie about that, but that's the truth. Meaning, what if you force yourself into that situation? You now, I sit down for an hour with a client, I create a content asset, I post this asset on YouTube with insane value, I can clip this up in short-form content pieces, I can make story sequences around this exact structure to create consistent scale with what I do, and I have new topics. Also, when you have a topic, right? Let's say you have- take one of your main marketing topics, one of your main marketing topics. Ads. Cool. Now, I can instantly give you five more ad ideas. One could be how to build an ad funnel, the difference between ad funnels, how to launch an ad creative. Boom, I already gave you three. You can segment one main priority topic into multiple sub-topics, okay? Obviously, when the short-form content is created, we have the game plan. Now, what is really required to be able to make this funnel work? With this game plan, I can tell you right now, it's going to be tough to make it work because every single business owner that operates without a game plan cannot make scalability and profitability in what they do and the way they do these things, right? Same as our clients do, they all have a game plan, so they know exactly what to do from day one. And this is where it's technically going to be very interesting. Let me move my head to the other side, okay? Our 90-day game plan. So, let me explain you exactly what you should do from now. Day 1 to day 7, we help you build your irresistible offer. We turn your offer positioning into something people feel stupid saying no to, you're watching this video right now, right? And right now you're thinking, "Fuck, I'm ready to fucking pay, Nik."
